Our values

Our 200h Vinyasa Yoga training is more than just a training – it is an invitation to truly discover yourself.

A path back to your inner strength and true expression. We strengthen self-confidence, nurture self-love, and create space for true personal growth – on the mat and far beyond.

Here you will not only learn yoga – you live it.

You'll experience what it means to embody mindfulness, awareness, and connection—and to use it to redesign your own life. Perhaps at the end of this journey, you'll feel that yoga not only remains a part of your inner world, but can also enrich and fulfill your professional path. But all on your terms and at your pace. Your very own path.

If you are ready to go deeper, to let your light shine and to push your boundaries – then this path is waiting for you.
Come with us on this journey.

Q&A YTT 2026
questions and answers

Where does the training take place?

We learn together in the yoga studio Sonja Rossow (Rehnaer Weg 2, 423909 Ratzeburg).

How do I get there?

You can get there by public transport or your own car.

What do I bring with me?

  • Clothes you like to move in
  • Warm clothes for morning and evening freshness
  • Journal/Notebook
  • Colorful pens, 2-3 ballpoint pens/fountain pens, etc.
  • Textbooks that we send you by email or that interest you
  • If you like: Affirmation cards, questions, wishes & inspiration
  • If desired: Own yoga mat & aids
  • YOU, with everything you are feeling right now!

What kind of books should I get?

I wholeheartedly recommend the following books. They are ranked in order of importance:

  1. Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
(Various translations are available. Choose the version that appeals to you most. There is no right or wrong.)

  2. Understanding Anatomy: The Anatomy of Yoga Postures– Ann Swanson

Optional – for a deeper understanding of philosophy (highly recommended, but not mandatory):
The Bhagavad Gita: The Wisdom Book for the 21st Century – Ralph Skuban

Optional – for a deeper understanding of anatomy (not required):
Volume 1: The Most Important Muscles – Ray Long
Volume 2: The Attitudes – Ray Long

Do I have to have read the books before the training?

1. Yoga Sutras:
Feel free to read the Yoga Sutras in advance. However, make sure you really take your time with this sacred book. It contains so much wisdom that it takes time to truly sink in and integrate. Sometimes just two pages a day are enough.

2. Anatomy:
When it comes to the anatomy book, we recommend that you browse through it and read individual chapters. It's not necessary to read the entire book.

What equipment is available on site?

  • Yoga mats
  • Aids such as bolsters, blocks, straps, pillows, blankets

Will there be breaks?

Yes, there will be breaks where you can have something to eat, get some fresh air, or rest.

Is the training certified and what does the certificate say?

Yes, at the end you will receive a certificate that allows you to apply and work as a yoga teacher anywhere in the world.
The qualification stated on the certificate: 200H Yoga Teacher in the areas of Vinyasa Yoga & Mindfulness.

Do I have to take an exam?

Three things are important to receive your certificate at the end of your training:

  1. Your participationin all lessons and readings. (If you are sick, we'll find a solution together.)

  2. A short written knowledge testWe will prepare you carefully and comprehensively for this experience. You'll have everything you need to feel safe.

  3. Leading a yoga class– either alone or together with two or three other participants. Here, too, we will accompany and support you with the planning and implementation.

Experience reports YTT 2025

Andrea M.

My expectations of the YTT were exceeded. Ina and her team designed the program with such attention to detail that it felt authentic and close to me. It was an unforgettable experience, one I will always remember. It was varied, educational, interesting, and professional. There was a clear theme that guided me through the entire training. I am grateful for every single minute I was able to spend there and for the intensive and loving support I received throughout the entire training.

Felicia H.

During these four weeks, Ina created a space that invited me to open myself to everything that yoga is and can be for me. Understanding, compassion, and love permeated every practice, every theory, and all the shared moments. Ina and her wonderful team lovingly held the space for the group and each individual participant. The daily routine had a clear structure and, with its balance of practice, theory, and free time, felt very harmonious to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the teachings of yoga, our time together and our shared experiences, as well as the wonderful time I had all to myself.
