This new moon in the sensitive and intuitive sign of Pisces opens up a space for deep introspection and spiritual connection. The energy of Pisces
promotes letting go, trust and access to your own inner wisdom. Now is the ideal time to gently dissolve old limitations and surrender to new visions. Dreams, intuition and creative inspiration are at the center of this moon cycle and invite you to to follow the flow of life with devotion.

• Your yoga mat (and any necessary props) 
• Blanket
