Yoga Styles: Vinyasa, Yin & more
VINYASA
Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful form of yoga in which the different yoga postures, called asanas, flow into one another. The focus here is on the synchronization of dynamicAmic movements and breathing are in the foreground. In this interplay of strength and stretching, tension and relaxation, we promote strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and inner peace.
GENTLE MORNING YOGA
YIN YOGA
MANDALA FLOW
In Mandala Flow we move in dynamically flowing asanas, as you are used to in Vinyasa or Gentle Morning Yoga. The only difference is that we use the entire mat and look in all four directions in circular movements. You can expect a versatile practice that is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

YOGA NIDRA
(yogic sleep or also called conscious sleep)
With Yoga Nidra you slip into a deeply relaxing state between being awake and sleeping. Your body lies motionless in Savasana (relaxation position on your back, also in bed), but your mind is awake. The practice lasts about 45 minutes. We begin with a pranayama (breathing technique) and then move on to deep relaxation, in which we consciously focus on each individual part of the body and thereby free ourselves of all tension.
A combination of meditation, self-hypnosis, mental training and progressive muscle relaxation.
4 ELEMENTS YOGA
I will guide you through a varied yoga flow in which we place particular emphasis on the four elements. We will practice asanas corresponding to water, fire, earth and air that will allow you to feel the elements deeply. The practice will be powerful and relaxing at the same time. We will also try out a little Tai Chi.
CHAIR YOGA
This form of yoga is suitable for people with both physical and emotional/mental disabilities. Whether you are able to walk, have a disability or are in a wheelchair. The majority of the class takes place on a chair, so we work on mobility, inner peace and serenity. You are very welcome if you feel addressed and just want to do something for yourself. The age range is broad, guideline: 50 - 95 years.
POWER YOGA
Bring movement and breathing into harmony in a powerful and dynamic way. The name says it all, you'll work up a sweat!
CHILDREN'S YOGA
Through yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises we will improve body and sensory perception. Through meditation and mindfulness exercises we will promote concentration and the ability to absorb information. Through play and fun we will work on holistic body awareness.

Testimonials
True T.
Whether in the attractive room in Spelle or during the online lessons that you can practice at home on your mat - every lesson is a little vacation. Ina accompanies her participants with warm and gentle words. She gives lots of suggestions/explanations and still gives everyone the freedom to do what they feel at the time. I look forward to every lesson and can only recommend that everyone treat themselves to this time for their body and soul and enjoy it.

I really enjoyed your class and had such wonderful moments. I also slept incredibly well and had the feeling that I could finally let go of the heaviness of the last few weeks and start my journey to trust. It was a very special journey for me.
