Our 26-day journey to your very own individual routine begins on January 1, 2025. YOU come first: your needs, your wishes, your conditions.
It's not that easy to find the time.
And when I have found the time, what do I do? How do I meditate? How do I write down what is going on inside me? How do I listen to the signals that my body and mind are sending me?
We'll dive into the basic tools of a healthier, nourishing routine. Look forward to your surprise package that I'll send to your home. You can also expect a cacao ceremony and a full moon ritual.

SPECIAL OFFER
From 10 to 12 January we will meet in person: for the
New Year’s retreat in Spelle.
This is of course voluntary. Routine participants can take part in the
New Year Retreat
part.
The routine journey alternates between community meetings, where we come together in the digital space, and your own integration time.
All live meetings are recorded so you have complete flexibility in your schedule.

You choose whether you want to "only" take the 26-day routine course or also enjoy the All You Can.
What is All You Can Yoga?
You have the opportunity to participate in all online yoga classes and meditations. You will also receive a recording of each yoga class so you can practice according to your own schedule.
The prices are a recommendation. You decide what you can and want to give.

My passion and calling as a traveling yoga and ritual guide challenges me again and again not to ground myself through my external world, but to create this space within. Constant movement, restlessness and instability are constant factors that not only I, but all of us, are confronted with. A fast pace of life that is almost unstoppable.
But the big question is: How do I manage to create this space within myself? My anchor is my daily routine, which I have tried out, changed and finally manifested for myself over ten years.
It doesn't require a lot of time, knowledge or motivation. Because when you find what you need, it flows on its own and nourishes you on all levels.
It's a journey. Your journey...
