This is for you if...

.... you want to deepen your own practice.

... you aspire to teach groups or individuals.

... you are interested in yoga & meditation.

... spirituality calls you.

... you are just starting out in the world of yoga.

... you are already a yoga teacher and would like further certification.

... you feel called.

Namasté, you brave soul

Last year, with the "Namasté Ina - 200h Training," we certified 16 wonderful souls as new yoga teachers. We laughed, cried, danced, and sang together. We were joyful, and sometimes we felt sadness too. It was truly a mix of everything—and absolutely magical. It stands out as one of the most beautiful experiences in my career as a yoga teacher and spiritual guide.

Together with the team, we reflected on how we can make this journey even better for you, offering a holistic experience that could become one of the most cherished moments in your life.
For the next training in March 2025, we’re raising the bar:

Four weeks of absolute yoga bliss.

We are extending the program to 28 days to give you more space to be present and fully integrate your experiences.
There will be three rest days, giving you the chance to step outside the Tramuntana Flow, enjoy the beach, go out to eat, wander through town, or simply relax and soak it all in.

I have worked tirelessly to ensure we can offer you the same price as the previous training. A whole extra week naturally comes with extra costs, but we’ve made it possible by letting go of some of our own “financial expectations.” You’ll see that releasing expectations, judgments, and demands is a significant part of this training journey.

Why am I sharing this? Because I want to be completely transparent with you.
This project—Namasté Ina Trainings—is a true labor of love. Teaching my passion is my heart and soul, my dharma. It is an honor to guide you on your path.
It won’t always be easy. There will be obstacles along the way, and moments of doubt may creep in. But all of this is part of the journey.
The question is: Do you feel called? If the answer is yes, then you are in exactly the right place.

If you’d like to read testimonials from the previous training, scroll all the way down.

I can’t wait to welcome you!

Your Ina

The Tramuntana Flow Retreat Center is located on an 8,000 m² plot in Mallorca.

The center is exclusively available to us over these four weeks and offers plenty of space for retreat, community, exchange, nature and inspiration.

The Tramuntana owes its name to the impressive mountain range of the same name on Mallorca. You can see the mountains from the entire area.

In the old town of the Spanish village of Sa Cabaneta we are about 15 minutes by car from Palma (18 minutes from the airport).

Q&A
YTT 2025 @ Tramuntana Flow, Mallorca
questions and answers

Where is the Tramuntana Flow?

The Tramuntana Flow Retreat Center is less than 20 minutes by car from the "capital" Palma.
Palma is also the airport where you will probably arrive
will.

How do I get there?

  1. By plane to Palma de Mallorca (PMI). From the airport we can rent cars together or take a taxi.
  2. If you fancy a road trip, maybe even by car? :-) Details can be discussed in our WhatsApp group, which we set up around six months before the start of the training.

When can I check in on March 2nd? When does the program start?

You can arrive from 2:30 p.m. We will then set off together at 4:30 p.m. You should be there by then at the latest.

Can I arrive earlier than March 2nd or stay one night longer?

Unfortunately, this is not possible because new retreat groups are arriving before and after us.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Clothes you like to move in
  • warm clothes for the morning and evening freshness
  • a white outfit for the closing ceremony
  • journal/notebook
  • colored pens, 2-3 ballpoint pens/fountain pens or similar
  • Textbooks that I will send you by email
  • if you like: Affirmation cards, questions, wishes & inspirations
  • if desired: yoga mat
  • YOU, with everything you are feeling right now!

What kind of books should I get?

I wholeheartedly recommend the following books. They are listed in order of importance:

  1. Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (various translations available. Choose the one that resonates with you. There is no right or wrong.)
  2. Understanding Anatomy, The Anatomy of Yoga Postures – Ann Swanson

Optional for philosophy, highly recommended but not mandatory: The Bhagavad Gita - The Wisdom Book for the 21st Century – Ralph Skuban

Optional for anatomy, not necessary:

Volume 1: The Key Muscles of Yoga – Ray Long
Volume 2: The Yoga Postures – Ray Long

Do I need to have read the books before the training?

The Yoga Sutras (1.) would be great to read in advance. However, do take your time with this sacred book. It contains so much wisdom that it truly requires time to be fully integrated. Sometimes, just two pages a day are enough. As for anatomy (2.), we recommend that you browse through it and read a few sections here and there. It’s not necessary to read the entire anatomy book.

What equipment is available on site?

  • yoga mats
  • Aids such as bolsters, blocks, straps, pillows, blankets
  • towels
  • bed linen

What kind of diet can I expect?

The entire menu, all three meals a day, will be vegan.
However, if you notice that you are seriously lacking something, we can talk about it so that animal products can be integrated into your diet.

Sugar-free diet?

There will be desserts and sweets from time to time, so the diet is not necessarily sugar-free.

Will there be alcohol? Can I consume alcohol?

We do not serve alcohol and we would also like to prevent alcohol consumption in the Tramuntana Flow. On your day off, you can of course drink whatever you want.

Is the training certified?

Yes, you will receive a certificate at the end that allows you to apply and work as a yoga teacher anywhere in the world.

What does the certificate say?

The qualification stated on the certificate: 200H yoga teacher in the areas of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, meditation & mindfulness.

Do I have to take an exam?

To receive the certificate at the end, three things are crucial:
1. Your attendance at all classes and readings (unless you are sick).
2. A short written knowledge test, for which we will prepare you in detail.
3. Teaching a yoga class with one on one support from me.

How much does it cost to stay in a single room?

The price of a single room is €7,999. Unfortunately, the price difference between a double and a single room is very large, as we only have limited space and a single room occupancy essentially takes up two beds.

Can I wash on site?

Yes, you have the opportunity to do laundry on site.

Experiences YTT 2023

Jessica D.

Words can hardly describe how amazing and unique the experience of the 200-hour yoga teacher training with Ina and her team in Portugal was. In addition to wonderfully designed yoga classes, beautiful rituals and cacao ceremonies, there was valuable input on yoga philosophy, anatomy and asana practice. In addition, the great team of instructors treated us to exciting stories about Indian mythology. The lovely location and the fantastic food were the icing on the cake. Thank you for all the knowledge you have given me! This experience has freed me from old thought patterns, brought me more into self-love and strengthened my resolve to use yoga and loving rituals to help people find their strength and light.

Marissa S.

I am overwhelmed by the training. I had certain expectations of the training before I arrived and they were exceeded on the first day. We were able to learn so much, we had insights into different ceremonies and were also able to design them ourselves. Ina, Maxi and Bhakti created such a great time and training. I can warmly recommend anyone who wants to do a yoga training to do it with Ina!

Jana J.

Thank you Ina for this wonderful training over the last three weeks. You gifted me with your knowledge, honesty and commitment. The time was inspiring, educational and entertaining at the same time. You showed me yoga like I had never experienced it before. You were so approachable, open and always had time to talk when I had something on my mind. Thank you for being a yoga teacher and for accompanying me on my journey with your strength, charisma and knowledge. Every time I attend one of your yoga classes, I feel blessed.
